WHAT'S A YONI EGG?
A Yoni Egg is an egg-shaped stone used as a weight resistance for vaginal strengthening, toning and healing. Used traditionally in ancient China over 5000 years ago, yoni eggs have gained popularity in recent years as a form of Kegel weight training to help women and vagina-owners connect with their pelvic floor muscles and enhance natural lubrication and libido.

A yoni egg can be used passively or actively. A passive practice may consist of inserting the egg in and going about your day, knowing that the pelvic floor is engaged to hold the egg in place. An active practice may consist of inserting the yoni egg and engaging in a dedicated pelvic floor Kegel practice incorporating in specific contractions around the yoni egg.
MEASUREMENTS
All Yoni Pleasure Palace yoni eggs are available in three sizes and as either a non-drilled egg or with a drilled hole at the top to tie string through, so you can easily retrieve the egg.
- Small size: Circ. 80mm x W 25mm x H 38mm - weighs 37 grams (recommended for users who have never previously inserted anything inside the vagina).
- Medium size: Circ. 95mm x W 30mm x H 43mm - weighs 61 grams (recommended for all users and beginners).
- Large size:Circ. 110mm x W 35mm x H 50mm - weighs 85 grams (recommended for users who have a weaker pelvic floor or have had more than two vaginal births).

I felt called to the obsidian egg to help clear some past trauma. I truly feel it gave me an energetic “fresh slate”. I had my doubts when I first learned about yoni eggs, but I honestly love it. In hindsight I wish I got the string because it was a bit awkward to get out a few times, and it felt so weird trying to push the egg out 😂 but yeah, I’m very keen to get it in some other crystal types now too. ☺️
