Masturbation May Part Four explores using your breath to enhance your self-pleasure practice.

Using your breath during masturbation helps to cultivate relaxed arousal and generate a sense of sexual healing. Masturbating isn't just about getting off; it’s a way to release and let go of our emotions, our thoughts - anything we have held onto, which we are so good at! We store these emotions in our Yoni, which can lead to numbness, pain, detachment and more. We have been conditioned to self-pleasure in a way that is quick and quiet, we want to get it over and done with, and this can filter into our sex lives with partners too, with less focus on the pleasure, instead, just getting to the climax and get on with your day. So Yoni Pleasure Palace is on a mission to rewire and unravel that conditioning around masturbation.


The Challenge

One way to rewire this conditioning is through breath and sound.
But let’s be honest, being loud while masturbating can be way too triggering! So engaging the breath is the step before that. Breathe slowly and deeply through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Continue this breathing practice throughout your masturbation time, and as you continue breathing this way, you will feel more comfortable and more willing to express yourself vocally.

You can start to sigh or moan, whatever you feel needs to come out. As time goes on with easing into expression while masturbating, you may find yourself having big emotional releases, crying, laughing, and screaming - It’s therapy, and it’s free!

Whenever you want to step into that relaxed arousal, lengthen your breath, slow down your breathing, deepen your breathing, or expand your lungs.

Imagine yourself releasing those trapped fears, thoughts and beliefs with each exhale. This practice, combined with a Yoni Egg practice is very powerful in healing trauma, tension, and numbness. These stored emotions block us from experiencing pleasure.

Use your breath as a healing tool to release and let go of what no longer serves you. Your breath can also make you feel high! Your breath can take you to a naturally euphoric state, your nerve endings become alive, and can be woven into your self-pleasure practice to take you to a whole new dimension when masturbating!
