Alicia is a Certified Somatic Sexologist who helps women with low sexual desire, orgasm difficulties and low sexual confidence reconnect to their body and pleasure, deepen their relationships and have the best sex of their lives.

Alicia’s interest in sex developed from her own inability to orgasm at 24, as she started trying to figure out the reasons behind her anorgasmia, she realised there was a much bigger problem. She’d been having sex out of validation and performance, and only focusing on her lover's pleasure, she was carrying years of sexual shame that had prevented her from ever self-pleasuring, and she was so wrapped up in the hustle culture of our productivity goal-oriented society that she didn’t know how to be still long enough to experience pleasure.

Through her personal journey, she realised how much of an impact our crappy sex education, societal shame and gender scripts were having on women’s pleasure and how many women were suffering because of it. This was the catalyst for her committing herself to further study in sexology and coaching.

Now she blends sex science with somatic practices to give you the sex education you never had while utilising the wisdom of the body. To have good sex and want more of it, is about understanding how to relax your body enough to enjoy it and learn how to have sex that’s worth wanting. Through coaching, she works with women to stop living like a tiger is chasing them and finally slow down, to reconnect with their body and start to feel pleasure, to figure out their emotional needs and relationship rituals that best support their sex lives and to explore what kind of sex they enjoy having so they crave more of it.

Monthly Red Tent Gathering, Broome.

We invite all women who are seeking more connection to themselves and other women to our Red Tent Gatherings. These somatic dance classes are designed to get you out of your head and into your body. They focus on nervous system regulation, movement to feel and release and connection with other women. We also always finish with tea and chats!
