Artemis WS House

Artemis WS House is a Shamanic Craftswomen, Sacred Bodywork practitioner, and Weaver of Sacred Space. Weaving presence, deep listening, and space holding, she bears witness and supports women as they unfold the path of life transitions, personal transformations, and rites of passage. Using her bodywork practice she reconnects women with the Divine Feminine, nourishes deep centeredness, releases trauma and provides pain relief and balance. Artemis is a fully qualified Holistic Pelvic Care Practitioner, Somatic Therapist, Kahuna Bodyworker, Shamanic Crafstwoman, Arvigo Abdominal Therapy Practitioner, Womb Healing practitioner and Remedial Massage Therapist.

Artemis’s capacity to hold liminal space and allow women to unfold and connect with their inner-self immensely supports her clients to deepen their connection to their body and inner subconscious patterns. Understanding that a woman’s relationship to her body is multifaceted, her gentle and safe manner holds even the deepest of sessions as women connect with their own body and what it holds.

Women often come feeling like internal work is what they need. It is often however, after a couple of somatic processing sessions that the real work begins. Understanding trauma and how it is held in the body, allows Artemis to support women with their pelvic bowl with both external and internal work at a pace that suits each woman. Sometimes internal work is not even needed after the somatic processing of events.

When using internal work, Artemis leans back on her training with Tami Kent for Holistic Pelvic Care. With the intentions to clear, balance, align and connect with a woman’s internal landscape, the work encompasses touch within the vagina and pelvic bowl to access tensions points, release unresolved patterns and clear trauma. The work is not focused on sexuality, labia massage or an orgasm experience - it is not focused on any pleasure centres, rather it is a craft that aligns a woman with her pelvic bowl and what is held there - both for clearing the past and preparing the womb space for the future.

Artemis holds space in the Moon Lodge, a geodesic dome, on her land in the Adelaide Hills. Her immersions are 3 hours in length and account for the multifaceted beings that women are.
