I’d like to go deeper on the importance of a happy Yoni. You’d be surprised how many bedroom problems can be solved by treating yours like a princess and tuning into your ‘yoni voice’.
We are psycho-sexual beings, meaning that everything is linked. If you’re depressed, chances are your Yoni is too. If you’re broken hearted, perhaps your Yoni feels broken as well? Low in energy, is your Yoni deflated?
Since exploring the ancient principles of Tantra, I’ve learned so much about everyday behaviours that can boost your Yoni health and sexual confidence. Having tried these practices, I can promise they’re the real deal. The results cured my sexual trauma, allowing me to experience a truly magical connection with my body and my partner.
I wanted to share five of these practices with you today.
#1 Start your day with a Yoni meditation
Your pussy probably isn't the first thing that springs to mind when you're meditating, yet a Yoni meditation is an amazing way to start your day. Sit down in a comfortable position, clear your mind and place your hands over your womb. Take deep intentional breaths, while visualising love and light collecting inside your vagina, womb and ovaries. Notice how you feel after five minutes. #2 Indulge in an aphrodisiac diet
We are what we eat - and you'd be surprised how our diet can affect our libido. A great start is to make sure you're drinking enough water. Good hydration does so much to produce a luscious well-lubricated pussy. Fresh fruit and vegetables also work wonders on your Yoni health. Treat yourself to plenty of leafy greens, as these boost circulation and prevent vaginal dryness.
#3 Ease off the scented products
Perfumes and soap suds can easily ruin the balance of your vaginal flora. That’s why it’s recommended to clean your Yoni only with water and use fragrance-free products to wash your clothes. Swap synthetic pads, tampons and underwear with cotton alternatives. Your Yoni will thank you for it.
#4 Let your body take care of its own hormones
After being on the pill for eight years to initially assist with clearing up my skin and to also not fall pregnant, I did not understand, nor was I educated on the negative repercussions that the pill has on your body. The function of the pill is to disrupt the body’s natural oestrogen and progesterone production, which can unfortunately increase the chance of developing a bacterial overgrowth. Trust me, this doesn't make for a fun time. I recommend allowing your body to sort out its own hormones. It took my body two years to recover after going off the pill and I found that my Yoni Egg practice really assisted in bringing my mind and body back into alignment.
