Endometriosis Support/Coaching : Oriana Rojas

Oriana is a menstrual cycle coach, natural fertility and contraception educator and Endometriosis coach who supports women living with chronic pain, hormonal struggles, burnout, and nervous system overwhelm. Her work is centred around helping women feel more connected to their bodies, their cycle, and themselves! Especially after years of feeling dismissed, confused, or stuck in survival mode.

Her approach combines body literacy, nervous system support, cyclical living, emotional awareness, and realistic lifestyle practices to help women better understand what their body may be communicating. Rather than focusing on “quick fixes” or rigid routines, Oriana works in a way that feels supportive, practical, and sustainable for real life.

After experiencing debilitating pelvic pain and navigating her own journey with Endometriosis, Oriana became passionate about creating the kind of support she wishes she had access to earlier. Motherhood deepened that passion and completely shifted the way she viewed women’s health, healing, rest, and the connection between the nervous system and the body.

Clients often come to her feeling exhausted, disconnected from themselves, unsupported, or frustrated that they’ve tried “everything” and still don’t feel okay. Through sessions with Oriana, women gain a deeper understanding of their cycle, symptoms, pain patterns, stress responses, and overall wellbeing. They also walk away with practical tools and a greater sense of self-trust and awareness.

Oriana’s sessions are warm, honest, educational, and deeply supportive. She creates a space where women can feel seen without judgement and have conversations that often aren’t spoken about openly enough - from chronic pain and hormones to emotional burnout, identity shifts, fertility, motherhood, and the pressure many women feel to constantly push through.

At the heart of her work is the belief that healing is not about becoming a perfect version of yourself or forcing your body to “behave.” It’s about learning how to support yourself in a way that feels more connected, compassionate, and sustainable.

Outside of her work, Oriana is a mother and wife who values slow living, family, nature, and creating a life that works with the body instead of against it. She is passionate about helping women feel less alone in their experiences and more empowered in understanding their bodies.

Working with Oriana has been such an enlightening and transformative experience. The depth of knowledge and gentle guidance she brings has opened me up to a whole new level of awareness of myself, my body, and my cycle. This work hasn’t just impacted me but has also rippled out into other parts of my life. The biggest and most beautiful change has been in my family dynamics. My husband and I have found a deeper level of communication and understanding, which has had profound positive flow-on effects not only for our 3 children but also within our wider community. On a physical level, the results have been undeniable. I have my heart rate variability (a measure of stress resilience) tested several times a year, and my most recent results show that I am the most resilient to stress than I have been since 2021, when I only had one child. The main thing that has shifted in these past few months has been my work with Oriana. Her support has allowed me to create more space for myself, to trust my body, and to meet the demands of life with greater steadiness, grace and resilience. This has the flow on effect of me being able to show up as the best version of myself in marriage and motherhood. I genuinely believe this kind of work should be mandatory in sex education for all girls. The understanding and empowerment that comes from truly knowing your body, your hormones, and your natural rhythms is life-changing. It teaches women to honour themselves, to build self-trust, and to navigate the world with confidence and compassion. If every young woman had access to this wisdom early in life, I believe we’d see a profound shift in how women relate to their bodies, their choices, and their wellbeing. This would be have massive societal shifts. I wholeheartedly recommend Oriana to every cycling woman, no matter where they are on their journey. This work is not just limited to women who have irregular cycles or are trying to conceive. In fact I believe that every woman should do this work to better understand themselves in relation to their bodies. The wisdom and tools you gain through this work not only help you navigate fertility and your cycle with confidence, and but also make you more resilient to the stressors of life — physical, emotional, and chemical. Oriana’s guidance empowers you to show up as a more grounded, loving, and whole human being. Thank you, Oriana, for everything you’ve given me; for the honour of this journey, and for the way your work is already rippling out into my family and beyond. I feel truly blessed.
Ori held space so beautifully, with such reverence, gentleness, and deep patience, throughout our time together. I came into this experience thinking I already understood my menstrual cycle, but what I gained was an entirely new level of clarity and connection to my body. She gently peeled away layers of shame and awkwardness around what are truly natural bodily functions, creating an open and supportive environment for real education and transformation. Ori has an incredible ability to decode the subtle messages of the cycle in a way that feels empowering and accessible. I felt truly seen, supported, and no longer alone in navigating natural fertility and contraception. The insights I received in our container continue to shape my everyday life, they’ve become part of how I care for myself and move through the world. I’m so grateful for the wisdom she shares and the compassionate way she offers it.
Our conversations put into perspective the importance of understanding our monthly hormonal shifts & why embracing these changes, rather than trying to suppress them or ignore them we can work with our bodies & take advance of what it offers. After months of working with Oriana and making changes to live in more alignment with my cycle I have started to experience less intense period pain & ovulation flare ups from endometriosis- I’ve also started to notice that my recovery time after a flare up isn’t as long using nervous system practices she recommended. After not feeling heard or seen by so many practitioners ori was a breath of fresh air and really understood the depths of what living with endometriosis is like.
