My name is Azara, or Z, and I am an educator, bodyworker, spiritual healer, performer, artist, and community connector. As a queer, mixed-race person, I draw on my lived experience, ancestral wisdom, and deep care for community to create spaces that are both nurturing and empowering. I do this work because I believe that in times of violence, disconnection, and burnout, we need more love, more collective power, and more opportunities to heal together.

Each reading is intuitively led and tailored to your unique energy, offering practical insight, personalised advice, and simple reflections to help you integrate the messages and feel supported beyond our session.
MOVEMENT IS THE MEDICINE (GROUP WORKSHOP)
A community-centred somatic workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body through movement, breath, reflection, and shared experience. Together, we'll explore guided dance, embodiment practices, breathwork, grounding activities, nourishing tea, and meaningful connection in a welcoming, inclusive space. You'll leave with practical tools for emotional regulation, greater self-love and confidence, and a deeper sense of grounding, authenticity, and connection to yourself. Rooted in collective care, this workshop honours the wisdom of BIPOC and queer communities while creating space for healing, celebration, and personal growth.
