Yoni Egg Toning & Breath Practice
This 22 minute guided Yoni Egg Toning & Breath Practice is designed to strengthen, awaken and refine your pelvic floor using intentional breathwork and four progressive toning patterns. You’ll learn to exhale as you lift and inhale as you soften, creating functional tone without gripping or strain. Expect deeper connection, improved resilience, increased pleasure potential and a stronger, more embodied pelvic foundation.
Inside this session, you’ll learn how to coordinate your breath with muscular engagement, creating true functional strength without gripping or bracing. We move through four distinct patterns:
• Light Activation Holds – foundational strength and neuromuscular awareness
• Deep Activation Holds – endurance and upward energy lift
• Pulsing Lift & Release – responsiveness, circulation and vitality
• Elevator Layering Technique – refined internal control and precision toning
This practice supports:
– Pelvic floor tone and resilience

Designed to be practiced 3 times per week, this 20-minute session helps you build strength safely by working with your breath, not against your body.

Because the majority of our products are manufactured in China, some countries (including the USA) may apply tariffs or additional import duties. The amount charged varies from country to country, and we are unable to provide an exact quote in advance.
⚠️ Important:
- Import duties and taxes must be paid by the customer to release the parcel.
- If you refuse to pay these fees, your order will be returned to us as Return to Sender.
- In this case, a store credit will only be issued once the parcel has been received back at our warehouse.
- The store credit will be minus the return shipping fee charged by the courier and, in some cases, the import fee back into Australia.
We recommend familiarizing yourself with your country’s import regulations before purchasing. If you are unsure, please contact us prior to placing your order.
