Guided Grief Meditation for Soul Connection
Grief is one of the most tender and disorienting experiences we move through as human beings. This guided meditation, led by Rosie Rees, offers a gentle space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with the soul of someone you love — even though they're no longer here in physical form.
Rosie guides you through a softening of the body and an opening of the heart, inviting you to sense the presence of whoever you're missing — a family member, a partner, a friend, or a beloved pet. Rather than bypassing the pain, this meditation meets you inside it, offering comfort, presence, and a reminder that love does not end at death.
During this meditation, you'll be guided to:
- Drop into your body and feel a sense of safety and support
- Connect with the soul of the person or animal you're grieving
- Invite in a memory or feeling of warmth from them
- Ask for a sign that they are still near
- Allow emotions to move through you without suppression
- Call in your spiritual support — guides, ancestors, angels — so you don't have to carry this alone
This meditation is not about rushing grief or finding silver linings. It's about honouring what you feel, trusting the connection that remains, and remembering that the soul continues on.

- Import duties and taxes must be paid by the customer to release the parcel.
- If you refuse to pay these fees, your order will be returned to us as Return to Sender.
- In this case, a store credit will only be issued once the parcel has been received back at our warehouse.
- The store credit will be minus the return shipping fee charged by the courier and, in some cases, the import fee back into Australia.
