Jannine MacKinnon is a Women’s Sacred Sexuality Coach, Speaker, and Host of the Sacred Sex for Real Women Podcast. She guides women in long-term love back to their sensuality, confidence, and authentic pleasure by blending modern healing with ancient Taoist wisdom.
Jannine helps women release shame, embrace their bodies, and unlock the full potential of their pleasure—both in intimacy and everyday life. Many women turn to yoni eggs, breathwork, or talk therapy, only to find something still missing. That’s because pleasure isn’t just a mindset—it’s deeply rooted in the nervous system, the body, and the energy that flows through it. Her journey into this work is deeply personal. As a homeschooling mom to two and wife to a tradesman, she knows firsthand the challenges of overgiving, overworking, and feeling disconnected from self. Through her own healing, she discovered the liberating power of embodiment and Taoist sacred sexuality—learning to feel at home in her body, nourish herself with her own energy, and express her desires without shame. Now, she’s devoted to guiding other women through their own reclamation.
