Care Instructions:
Your Splash Mat will come suction-packaged in a box. Here are some tips to enjoying your mat:
  • Allow seven or more days for your mat to fully unfold and lay flat. To speed up the process, unroll it in the reverse direction and place it flat on the floor. If the mat is still curling, try rolling it tightly in the opposite direction.
  • For spills or stains, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soapy water. You may use stain remover but be wary it may bleach material.
  • Liquid will pool on top and eventually soak into the material, however it won’t penetrate the memory foam due to the waterproof layer bonded to the fabric.
  • Do not machine wash
  • Air dry or use a hair dryer for spot cleaning
  • Avoid sharp objects to prevent tearing the faux fur or waterproof underlay.
  • Storage tips – roll or store flat in a clean, dry place to maintain shape.

Customs Duties & Import Fees

Please note that Yoni Pleasure Palace is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges that may be applied to your order. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid directly to the courier (e.g. DHL) before your parcel can be delivered.

Because the majority of our products are manufactured in China, some countries (including the USA) may apply tariffs or additional import duties. The amount charged varies from country to country, and we are unable to provide an exact quote in advance.

⚠️ Important:

  • Import duties and taxes must be paid by the customer to release the parcel.
  • If you refuse to pay these fees, your order will be returned to us as Return to Sender.
  • In this case, a store credit will only be issued once the parcel has been received back at our warehouse.
  • The store credit will be minus the return shipping fee charged by the courier and, in some cases, the import fee back into Australia.

We recommend familiarizing yourself with your country’s import regulations before purchasing. If you are unsure, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Will I be charged customs tax?
