Our Rose Quartz trio comes with a small, medium and large set of Rose Quartz crystal yoni eggs. If you have given birth vaginally, we suggest starting with the large size yoni egg, then after 1-2 months moving to the medium size and finally the smaller egg for a challenge. If you haven’t given birth, try starting with the medium size egg and working up to the heavier egg, which may be a challenge.

A yoni egg is used to help strengthen and tone the pelvic floor and awaken vitality and aliveness in the pelvis and vagina. When a yoni egg is used regularly (approximately 3 times a week) for 30 minutes to a couple of hours a day, you will start to feel more juicy, aroused and orgasmic. We recommend incorporating in a regular practice from Rosie’s Yoni Egg Online Course, which you can purchase here.

I have had my Yoni egg a few months now and have tried to maintain a twice weekly practice of 30 minutes minimum each session.
