A vaginal dilator is a tube-shaped instrument used to gently stretch the vagina. Dilators are used when the vagina has become narrowed from chronic pelvic floor tension, vaginismus, dyspareunia (painful sex) and other medical reasons.
VuVa Neodymium Magnetic Dilators are a safe and effective home therapy solution for pelvic floor therapy. When you use a VuVa Magnetic Dilator, soft tissue lengthens, relaxing muscles and ligaments. As the tissue relaxes, the Neodymium magnets increase blood flow to the painful area calming nerves.

How to use a Vaginal Dilators?
The instructions included recommend you use vaginal trainers or dilators 5-20 minutes twice/per day while laying down in a comfortable place. If you cannot use your dilators that long, it is okay. Simply use your dilators as long as you can and work up to 20 minutes. You should never go over a 3-4 pain level when dilating out of pain score of 10.
Gently guide the dilator in and out. This helps stretch the length of your vagina. Gently rotate the dilator in wide circles at the back, middle, and opening of your vagina. This helps stretch the width of your vagina.
How long it takes a patient to move up in size depends on the severity of their condition. Vaginal Dilators are a safe treatment as long as you follow the instructions included or given to you by your healthcare provider.
