What is Castor Oil?
Castor oil is a multipurpose vegetable oil that people have used for thousands of years. It’s made by extracting oil from the seeds of the Ricinus communis plant, which contains ricinoleic acid, which has analgesic (pain relief) properties and may help with the circulation and lymphatics.

How to use a Castor Oil Pack:
There are many ways and areas to use the castor oil pack on the body, but most commonly you apply a layer of castor oil (about one tablespoon is sufficient) to the inside of the material wrap and place it on your body and allow it to soak in for 30-45 minutes.
The zip pocket is for a heat pack (or snacks) to be tucked inside, however we recommend wrapping the Yoni Pleasure Palace Womb Heat Wrap around your waist for added results.
Places on your body you can use your Castor Oil Pack:
Most commonly the pack is used over the lower abdomen area, but it can be used on any areas of inflammation including the throat/thyroid, liver, knees, back or painful joints or places you experience rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis.
How Often Can I use a Castor Oil Pack?
It's not safe to do castor oil packs daily. The application of a castor oil pack can be done a maximum of three to four times a week.
Precautions of using a Castor Oil Pack:
- When ingested, castor oil stimulates bowel movement and may cause cramping. While castor oil is considered safe in small doses, larger amounts can cause abdominal cramping, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.
- Don't use if pregnant as it may trigger uterine contractions and lead to premature delivery.
