Specialising in trauma-sensitive Breathwork, Bodywork and Pleasure Education, Karlyn weaves together multiple modalities to offer a transformative therapeutic space for folks to heal and empower themselves. Sessions are tailored according to the unique needs of each individual or couple and Karlyn draws upon her training in Breathwork Mastery (Dip. in Health), Life Coaching, Yoni Mapping Therapy, Tantric Bodywork and Sexual Awakening, Erotic Education, Yoga and Conscious Birth., Blue Knot Foundational Trauma Training.



Having discovered significant pelvic floor injuries after the birth of her daughter in 2015, Karlyn embarked on a multifaceted healing journey to restore her pelvic health and sexual expression. This included the support of a pelvic floor physio, uro-gynecologist and the Yoni Mapping Therapy Practitioner Training. Having this direct life experience, in addition to high quality training, Karlyn shares potent tools and practices for others to integrate and heal from the inevitable challenges that life presents.



Most of her clients over the last decade have been high functioning individuals with trauma/complex trauma backgrounds. By applying the modalities of Breathwork and Bodywork, the vast majority of her clients have reported incredible positive outcomes from their work together and a complete turn around to how they connect with themselves and exist in the world. These modalities have had the same impact on her own life, enabling Karlyn to overcome depression, anxiety, eating disorders, sexual repression and many other self-loathing habits.



With almost 20 years experience in the field of complementary health, she holds the space of profound kindness, understanding and integrity. Karlyn's space is fully inclusive and she holds herself as an ally to the LGBTQIA, BIPOC and neurodivergent communities.
