Liz Gorga (she/her) is a Brisbane-based Somatic Sex + Menstrual Cycle Coach & Therapeutic Yoni Massage Practitioner who is passionate about creating safe spaces for women & yoni-havers to learn to love their bodies, love their yonis, break taboos, & step deeper into their pleasure & sexual empowerment.

Liz's work ranges from in-person therapeutic yoni massage sessions to online 1:1 coaching to group courses & workshops. She is also a certified training provider for therapeutic yoni massage & facilitates trainings for new yoni massage practitioners at Yonilicious Academy.

Liz’s relationship with her own sexuality has been filled with both juiciness & heartache. Growing up in the USA in a conservative family with narrow views around sexuality left her feeling numb & disconnected for many years of her adult life. She has personal experiences with overcoming sexual shame, religious conditioning, STI diagnoses, vaginismus & disconnection that can occur in long-term relationships.

Therapeutic yoni massage was a pivotal part of her sexual healing journey, shifting her experience of pain, frustration & disconnection to one full of sexual liberation & orgasmic pleasure. Her mission is to guide others through disconnection to a place filled with pleasure, power & passion, while staying deeply-rooted in their bodies.

Liz’s approach to yoni massage is purely therapeutic, offering a safe space for her clients to be held & nurtured, to release trauma & stagnation, to better understand their bodies & to open to deeper pleasure. Her goal is for her clients to leave feeling more connected to their voice, their boundaries, & their bodies feeling deeply respected & celebrated.

She is available for both single therapeutic yoni massage sessions & her signature 3-session packages, where clients can explore the difference in their body’s sensations & the experience of pleasure through each phase of their menstrual cycles — or simply dive deeper into their sexual healing journey in whatever way they desire.

All sessions include pre- & post-session support for deeper integration & transformation.
