Yoni Reclamation Guided Meditation
This guided 23 minute meditation is a gentle, trauma-informed journey through the ages and stages of your life, unfolding in 7-year increments. With tenderness and reverence, you’ll be invited to explore your evolving relationship with your yoni - your pelvic temple - and to reclaim the parts of yourself that may have been silenced, shamed, or simply left behind.
This is not a meditation to relive trauma or rehash pain. It is a space to feel, to reclaim, to reweave your story with compassion. To remember what was forgotten. To unlearn what never served. To feel the emotions that were once too much. To honour your inner girl, your growing woman, your fully expressed self.
You will be guided to meet yourself at ages 7, 14, 21, 28, 35 - and in the present moment. Through each age, you’ll be held as you explore what was learned, felt, feared, or celebrated. And most importantly, you’ll whisper loving truths back to those past versions of you, offering the safety, softness, and sovereignty that may have once been missing.

- Reflective questions to deepen your insight
- Affirmations and reparenting whispers to rewire old imprints
- Spaciousness to release memories, stories, or shame
- Permission to feel, remember, and reclaim, at your own pace

Because the majority of our products are manufactured in China, some countries (including the USA) may apply tariffs or additional import duties. The amount charged varies from country to country, and we are unable to provide an exact quote in advance.
⚠️ Important:
- Import duties and taxes must be paid by the customer to release the parcel.
- If you refuse to pay these fees, your order will be returned to us as Return to Sender.
- In this case, a store credit will only be issued once the parcel has been received back at our warehouse.
- The store credit will be minus the return shipping fee charged by the courier and, in some cases, the import fee back into Australia.
We recommend familiarizing yourself with your country’s import regulations before purchasing. If you are unsure, please contact us prior to placing your order.
