In the event that an item is received in a damaged or defective condition, the customer must contact the Company within 7 days from the date of receipt to arrange for a replacement of that specific damaged item only.
4. Delivery:4.1. The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information at the time of purchase. Any delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information will not be the responsibility of the Company.
5. Cancellation:
5.1. Orders for the Calendar can be cancelled within 7 days of the purchase date. After this period, no cancellations will be accepted.
